Purfaction Ltd was founded in 2015 to provide specialist support for small and medium companies in Cornwall, however we do operate throughout the UK.

Chris Knight

Founder and Director

Chris has a long career in both Procurement and Facilities Management Services for several Blue-Chip Companies in both employed and consultancy roles.

Throughout his career, Chris has helped a variety of clubs, charities and small businesses as a volunteer business advisor and organiser.

Richard Knight

BA, MA – Director, Project Manager

Richard leverages his academic background and project management experience to deliver strategic frameworks for business development.

Richard is currently on OPM for a Geotechnical research company, ensuring quality deliverables to multi-national companies.

Susanna Knight

LLB - Director, Compliance

Susanna initially joined Purfaction as an Administrator to provide support with Asset Management and global business processes.

During her Law degree she supported Clients with documentation control, drafting policies, procedures and governance research.

Susanna is now a qualified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor and a Quality & Compliance Manager to a South West M&E company. Her primary focus is on ISO implementation, documentation and training, as well as managing human resource, legal, and business processes.
